Announcement of KRYSTAL DMS 2020 - Release 2

Following the KRYSTAL DMS 2020 release announced in January 2020, we are pleased to announce the availability of minor enhancement as Release 2.

This release is based on earlier version and also include :

• Enhanced KRYSTAL Document Viewer with new document rendering engine, improved user interface, along with better e-Sign and Digital Signature support. - Enterprise Edition
• Improved and simplified search funtionality that allows searching of Rubber Stamps, Sticky Notes as well as Journal Notes from within Global Search. - Enterprise Edition
• New document index type Date Time is now available. - Enterprise Edition
• Enhanced ZONAL OCR support. - Enterprise Edition
• Session timeout settings for individual Domain. - Enterprise Edition
• Watermark Text and Watermark Colour settings for each Document Class. - Enterprise Edition
• Restriction on document upload on basis of file extensions for each Document Class. - Standard & Premium Edition
• Maximum License Utilization Alert Email to Administrator. - All Editions
• Logging of account locking activity. - All Editions
• Unlocking of user account on password reset. - All Editions
• Display of correct count of accessible documents to logged-in user with list filter assigned. - All Editions
• Encrypted display of SMTP Password in Global Settings. - All Editions
• Bug fixes for Workflow Case Report. - Enterprise Edition
• Bug fixes for Incomplete Date Report. - Enterprise Edition
